Interested in e-volunteering?

We are happy if you support the volunteer programme e.g. with translations and research. You can provide this for us electronically from home.
Are you very familiar with a language like English, French, Spanish, Italian, Czech, Polish, Dutch...?
You can help us for example to present our website even more international or to translate leaflets, websites, presentations etc. of single parks.

E-volunteering – an example

Thanks to Alina Ionitá, since March 2008 the volunteer programme on www.freiwillige-in-parks.de is presented in Romanian language as well. The geography student got to know the volunteer programme at a conference in Bistrita/Romania in March 2008 and immediately offered her help. This help was delivered not by travelling many kilometres to support a single German park “on site” but in an electronic manner – translating. This type of assistance is downright valuable for the volunteer programme itself and the involved parks as it helps a lot to bridge countries, parks and volunteers and to facilitate international understanding.
